I have problems with my husband and my Windows XP. After being on the laptop for about half an hour or a few hours, I cannot open the added IE windows. When displaying system events, I get a preview message:

name is ImapiService, path should be C: windows system32 imapi.exe and it is MS Corporation. I don’t know what the problem is often. Is this a tracking issue or a COM issue? How can I fix this?
